Itex Inc. (Integrity + Excellence) an Ottawa based Canadian company, was established in 1995 by Tim Browne. The company was originally established to resell Hewlett-Packard (HP) laser printers, which were in a market growth stage at the time. While much has changed over the years-because of the ever-increasing demands of a changing market place, evolving technology, and Itex’s desire to provide our customers with a broader solution set for their business needs-the foundational elements remain steadfast: Tim continues at the helm of the company as CEO, HP remains a long-standing Tier 1 manufacturer, and the company still presides over the tenants to which it was given its name: Integrity and Excellence.

Itex continues to assist our many customers to achieve their unique objectives through the optimization of their IT infrastructure.
